    Ugh.

A million threads on this, brother. You're going to get tons of different opinions.

Your best bet is to run any oil you'd like. If you're picky, then just read a ton and then decide from there.

Doesn't matter, frame will go before the motor.

Mobil 1 Xtended full synthetic, I've had family work With Mobil and you can actually go 15,000 miles before the next oil change (even though it's advised against) but you can definitely do 10,000 easily

One can never have too many light bars.
Don't use motor oil. It's a conspiracy you don't need it.

I'm a mechanic, I prefer mobile 1 I get better gas mileage with it, I change ever 5-6k, I've never trusted a oil filter to go much longer than that

I hear that burns about half a quart between changes, though.

I buy whatever is the cheapest synthetic that isn't a store brand. Some people are religious about their oil, I personally have never seen any conclusive evidence to support one being better than another. If you are changing it reasonably often and keeping it in the operating range it probably doesn't matter.

It's more important that you change your oil at the proper frequency than what oil you run. But with that being said there are advantages to a fully synthetic oil vs standard conventional oil. I'm personally running Royal Purple oil, but even if it's X% better than Mobil 1 it probably doesn't matter much.

    Well I did say 'if'...
I did see an independent comparison shootout that gave RP a slight edge over Mobile1, but I cannot find it now. I'll post the link if I can locate it. Either way the two oils were the same price due to a sale, and they're both high quality, so I think either one would perform fine for my uses.
