Dimension Request - for 3rd Gen Bed Rack

Can somebody measure from the top of the factory cleat rail, to the top of the side rail on their 2016?

I need to make sure I make the bracket correctly so that this little beauty is compatible with the 3rd gen trucks.

So it's 13/16" higher than the 2nd gen with factory side rail caps.

 

There aren't any racks compatible with the bakflip or revolver. Any chance yours would? (For the 2016)

Looking for something that will let me flip up or roll up one of those covers and still leave the rack on. Would really like for something that would project over the cab for lumber, canopy tent poles. One concern was the strength of the plastic bed rail caps.
