Gauging interest to see if anyone would want to run Sunflower Mine on the 6th of March? I would like to keep this group relatively small as the trail is tight and we most likely will have to turn around after the rock garden since the trail gets next to no maintenance and has seen some extensive erosion after the fire and was too narrow the last time to squeeze a stock width Tacoma through without getting sketchy

Trail is a 4/5, excessively rocky and tight and will most likely be wet with some flowing creek crossings if the snow melt is good.

I'm not going to post requirements beyond being a lifted 4x4 since I did it on 33s with no locker but be prepared for body damage if you don't have skids and sliders. I may go up the night before and camp down in the creek bed if we wanted to do that as there are a ton of great camp spots down there.

    (Max 7 trucks)
    4x4 only
    3" Lift
Good Tires (33s or Bigger encouraged)
Good Spare (Someone will probably get a flat)
    Tow Strap

    Recommended Stuff
    Sliders and Skids
    Bumpers
    2M Radio
    Camera
    Jack
    Tire Patch Kit

I'll post pictures and more details later.

    Pics from last march

Went and ran this trail today. Did the whole trail, the errosion is pretty bad once you get out of the creek past the mine. I will have to agree to not taking a 2nd gen that way, or any vehicle that you care about really, it's pretty bad. Damage report: added tons of new gouges and scratches to skids and sliders, poked a hole in my Flowmaster, major denting of my driver bedside, also had a rouge tree branch poke a hole in my headrest.

Overgrown, hardly room to walk thru
