    I haven't noticed this leaking until recently.
    See Pic: This is just the Heater/Air Conditioner condensation drain on the passenger side engine compartment right?

    Or did I lose something?

    Yes. Condensate Drain for the AC.

    Uh that is the manual tire inflator. If your tires are low you just blow on the tube and it fills your tires.

    JK .... Yes you are correct; it is the AC drain for the condesate from the evaporator.
