I am a bit worried about the stiff ride. I built my current leafs to get a softer ride than the non forgiving add a leafs. The only weight I have in the rear is my backflip and a 20lb recovery box, and my RTT trailer at under 800lbs has like no tongue weight! @signalbobby gave me such a great deal, I had to jump. If the ride ends up being too stiff, I'll order the SkyJacker soft rides and give someone local the same deal on the Dakars that I got. In the meantime, I gotta save $ anywhere I can or I'll be living in that trailer before I want to!!!

THAT would be awesome. You're the only one available so far, I'd have to put it off or take it to a local shop! If you don't have my number (757), lemmie know and I'll send it.

MPG: With 6" of lift and 285/17's, I regularly get 14.4 - 15.5 mixed. On the highway, 18 - 21 depending on the terrain. With that said, when I go faster than 72MPH, those number PLUMMET drastically. I try to keep an eye on the Scan Gauge as well. On long trips, MPG is more of a game than a concern.

Bottom line, with gas where it is, if I want to have fun, or I have some metal blaring, my MPG suffer!

You're adding a bumper with swingout, that will add some weight for sure

Shit... Glad someone is paying attention around here... and it will be a full size spare assuming Brandon can do it. I was looking at the bumper pictures last night... not so sure it will support it. He'll know!

At a minimum, if it's planned, the base/setup can be ready to add the swingout later.

Yea, that is the plan. I spoke with him for John yesterday and said that may be the case. John will need to call him though and confirm.
Regardless I'm driving the Avid 4runner this weekend.

My clutch parts are on order, once they get in the 4Runner will get dropped off. I'm lucky that I live like 3 blocks from Sierra haha, I'm just gonna bike everywhere. I've also been driving the last 6 months with a nonfunctional clutch, so I'm not too worried about waiting another week.

I also think I'm gonna have Jeff build me a new front bumper this summer :spy:
