We are working on it right now. We would have released it sooner but we want to make sure it's a solid design and ready for abuse!

Any update on the off-road rally edition for the Tacoma? Similar to the FJ Model with tube plate hybrid design?

    Thanks

    Matt,

We need to start moving on that again, keep bugging us or start a thread if you seriously want one! Squeaky wheel gets the grease my friend!

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I just saw your newer design for the 12 plus.

That is a gorgeous bumper! I planned to build my own, but no laser ability and your beautiful design I think have won me over for a front!

Will a 30 inch E series fit between the Baja hoop? And I can't find a picture of one with all 3 hoops yet, do you have one?

I have a warn 8000 lb winch that would work, but I really like my 9500 lb Recon winch, is there enough clearance to fit it? I could measure or modify, but I am not sure its very doable since it is a integrated "waterproof" style.

    Thanks!

We usually put a 20in light bar in there. I think we can make a 30in fit but the hoops and everything have to be really really tight.

Thanks fo the compliments, we worked hard to make it nice!

Oh and yes a 8000lb winch is perfect.

Sweet, I ask because I have a 30 inch rigid e series in my stock front bumper. I love the light and would rather keep it than buy another.

Any updates on a 2012+ Aluminum bumper? I'm digging the 3 hoop for sure

just got mine installed for the third time, the bumper kept migrating on me, and kept making contact with the fenders, I felt it was because I could not tighten the "sandwich" brace enough, so I ditched the bolts that came with for some with Allen heads on them, now I can get the impact on them and really tighten them down..

I finally got my baja bumper installed. I used 4 of the 6 bolts that came with it. I used the sandwich brace with 2 of the nuts/bolts that came with it (times two, one for each side). I have 2 of those bolts leftover. Where do they go? Any pics of the location??

Last question on the acro lights, can those just wire up to the existing stock fog light wiring and button?

    Thanks

As far as I can tell those last two bolts go at the very bottom below the stock bolts there is a hole down there and it corresponds with holes in the frame... looks to be a tough location to get to, but I took a closer look at some other Demello bumper pic's and I saw the bolt down there..

Just a few expensive & DIY things...
Add me to the list of very curious customers if you release this option.

I need to finish reading your previous threads, but what caused you to go back and redesign?
I love that you did, great to see innovation in a current product.
