How does everyone have their Hi-Lift Jack mounted and do you have the 48" or 60"?

Mine will be mounted to my roof rack when I need it. It's a 48" XTreme.

I used to have mine mounted like @inv3ctiv3 though

It's not that hard to mount/dismount bead locks...we did @shawnphoto s bead locks in a few hours

Also wish I had a horn. Idiot on the 101 lost a metal chair and it flew right past my truck and hit a semi and 4Runner. I raced up to the idiot and yelled at him from the window and he looked at me and smirked....

I'm considering on mounting a 60" one to my bed rails but, I don't have a shell for the rear so....I'll have to come up with some kind of locking mechanism. I was looking into the Pelfreybuilt one but, I think that would entail be drilling holes in the side of my bed. I kind of liked the All-Pro bedrail mounting brackets but, they are a little pricey.

I had it locked with a small cable threaded through the end of the hi lift (60") to the bed. This is using the Relentless hi-lift mounts that thread into the bed slots.

Me too. I used a small rubberized cable lock, and just locked it to the bed cleats nearest the cab.

    Totally agree.

I'm going around noon hopefully. Getting my new wheels on at 8am. Depends on how long the shop takes but I'm heading up immediately and I think @logcabinwc is tagging along.

Sweet. Should be fun. Passed your truck. You need some bigger tires if you buy my wheels! Haha
