I've never driven a 4.0 but from what I have read the 4.0 and 3.5 are similar in power. HOWEVER with the 3.5 the 1st 1/3 or so of the skinny pedal is down right disappointing compared to someone used to a 4.0. After the 1st 1/3 people have said it's like a 4.0.
Press the ETC button and it's a different engine.
I came from a 1st gen V6 and am happy with this new 3.5. It did take some getting used to and I am over my heavily mod & speed racer days

 

I'm over the Tundra now. After watching Ryan's power wagon, I don't know why anyone would buy a Tundra haha

 

i didn't know pelfrey rear skid you had to drill through the frame

 

Slider/Shocks/Tires would make a massive improvement/willingness from the current bone stock setup.

Of course a little Tundra would fit in my garage.
