    Brian, think about this: you have the power to change that policy by merely exercising a little leadership. There are A LOT of active military members here, and when they go overseas they take their trucks with them. An APO is not a regular post office box; it is a stateside forwarding address for an overseas service member. There are some easy customs forms to complete, but otherwise shipping is the same. Certified and registered mail can be sent to an APO, as well as commercial carrier packaging.

    Then there are the veterans and veteran supporters who are confused over why you'd continue to stick to a policy that was "before your time" without considering other ways to support a customer. In my business, everyone is my customer whether they officially are or not. My job is to help them, just as your job is to help us get parts. Please help all of us get parts.

    Then there is the law. It is illegal to discriminate against a military member for the simple fact they are one. Refusing to ship to an APO directly impacts military members, overseas government civilians, and government contractors.

    Having been there myself many times, the APO is the only way to receive any mail or packages. College classes were difficult because many booksellers wouldn't ship PO boxes, and in every case I would have to explain that an APO is different. Thankfully, they realized how the APO works and I got my books.

    Please reconsider and correct your shipping policy to APOs.

    I ordered through camelback Toyota, and never heard back, sent several pm's on here, even called the parts department and would get hung up on repeatedly, I've never had such shitty customer service in my entire life, camelback has really gone downhill since Jorge left, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CAMELBACK TOYOTA EVER AGAIN @Happy2Help @CBT_Brian
