    Finally got it yesterday. Took a few months due to it being a double cab long bed but it was worth the wait. Just on the prowl now for someone selling their stock wheels so I can dress it up a little more.

    Picked up my DCLB Sport last week, such a nice truck! I started looking in October and after getting multiple dealers working for me , looking out of state, searching eBay, Craigslist etc, I put in an order, truck was supposed to be built first of Feb. with a who knows when delivery date. After selling our ol Jeep and Forester XT we couldn't wait any longer. I lucked out and found my truck on Craigslist through a dealer ad, I say lucked out but had been spending hours online every night searching high and low, still amazed at what work it was to buy this thing! My advice is get at least two dealers working for you and look every where, I was willing to have it shipped or I would fly out to pick one up. Some dealers just blew me off but others stepped up and worked with me. So glad the wait is over!

    So I just got a call from my dealership today. They checked with Toyota as to what is taking so long for my truck since it had a port date of 27 Jan. Below is the response from Toyota:


    YTD we are experiencing a higher than expected accessory installations. This condition required us to even use another external lot to stage units to be able to operate on main yard.


    Currently VASCOR our TLS SD on- site PPO business partner has and is still in the process of hiring and training additional manpower to reach current work load – Current behind condition is 5+ days behind. VASCOR has also been working OT daily and on weekends to maintain most of the operation fluid.

    So hopefully since mine has been there so long that it should be shipping soon. Fingers crossed

    My sr dc 4x4 v6 finally made its way to the dealer. I ordered 11/19, almost 3 months. I did all the paperwork today at dealership will be taking it home Thursday 2/18.

    I got it from Burien Toyota. Sales manager claimed 4 guys made offers on it between when it came in and when I picked it up. Same dealer you were at?

    After a 3 and a half month wait I got the call that my truck (DCLB 4X4 TRD Off Road) I ordered was in.... I showed up and there sits a DCLB 4X4 TRD Sport..... Yep... They ordered the wrong truck! Shoot me in the head, piss on the fire, and call the dogs!

    Brutal. Just brutal. Sorry Fireguy. I hope when you finally get your truck all the miserable frustration just vanishes. I'm about 10 weeks into waiting on my DCLB TRD OffRoad 4x4. This whole thing is an absolutely epic fail on the part of toyota.

    That sucks! It sucks even more that no matter how much you bitch about it, the dealer probably can't find you one or get another one for you any time soon. By the time you get another ordered the 2017's will be around the corner.

    Ordered on 11/6. Was told at the time 8 weeks. So around New Years.

    Then I was told not until March in early December :(

    Just got an email that the truck arrived at the dealership yesterday!

    Can't wait to see it Sunday.

    TRD OR manual transmission

    Super white with black/orange interior

    Tow package is the only option.

    Ordered 11/23 and dealer just said delivery is slated between 2/23-2/27. Had to stay on them to get any kind of info.
