want to build a 50" light bar into bumper

title is self explanitory i am going to build bumper in the coming weeks and i have a 30" light bar on my ARB now but i want bigger bar and want to ditch the ARB and build my bumper out of 3/16 plate. nd similar shape to the Delmsey Off road bumper with one single hoop in the center. has anyone done this?
