November 2015
Tacoma purchased used, 16k miles. Here he is next to my old Taco "Buddy" (a single cab, 2WD, no frills 2006). Had to find Buddy a new home. It was sad to see him go.

New Taco was all stock. I named him "Artax" (Atreyu's trusted horse from the Neverending Story). It was fitting given the light color and the fact that he will take me on many adventures.


December 2015
Artax get's a shell and bed mat.



January 2016
The chrome grill surround is removed and burned at the stake for its crimes against humanity. A color matched grill surround, Satoshi grill is added. I told myself I was only going to make functional modifications. This was purely aesthetic, but it HAD to be done.


February 2016
Finally! The lift and new shoes are on! Anyone's Offroad in Fairfield did this. Good people.




August 2016
A little delay in activity because I was doing a 5 month manning assist in Japan. But once I got back, I installed the Cali Raised light pods, the Wet Okole seats, the Yakima rack. The Prinsu Cabrac is now installed.
