    Does anyone know of a place that will "PASS" you for inspection, if I pay for it WINK WINK....
    Its only tint and my tires stick out like 1/8 of a inch and I don't want to drill holes into my fenders for this stupid law...

    please message me the location.. I am willing to PAY for it....and I'm not even getting Hawaii plates, just need the safety pass to keep my current plates
