2006 Access cab 4X4 TRD Offroad pricing help

Hello All,
I will be putting my 2006 Tacoma up for sale this Spring and wanted to get some input on where to price it. Below is a list of what has been done to the truck:

2006 4X4 Access cab, TRD off road, manual 6spd, silver, 160,000K approx
Good:
Frame replaced under warrantee in October, 2015 also replaced lower steering column and power steering line.
Clutch, pressure plate and TO bearing replaced at 105K with URD stage II lightweight pressure plate and URD upgraded TO bearing with stainless sleeve and ARP bolts. Clutch was replaced while I was in there to replace the TO bearing from the squeak it had developed.
Bilstein 5100's on all 4 corners, front raised 1.75", rear leaf springs replaced with HD springs.
URD cat back stainless exhaust.
two sets of tires, Cooper ATP 265/75's with 90% tread left and Michelin LTX AT2 with 30% tread left(I use these as summer tires).
TRD Trail team wheels in black
Oil changed with Mobil 1, transmission with Red line.
Both front wheel bearings replaced at around 110K
Brake rotors replaced at 90K
brakes bled every year
Headlights replaced last summer
TRD seat covers
Thule bed rack and soft bed cover included.

Issues: Minor cosmetic dings on body and on front bumper plastic, no rust. Interior clean, non smoker but has some minor scuffs in the rear due to a toolbox shifting during a drive. Everything works fine though like windows etc.

So, all this being said, what do you guys think is a fair price? I'm the second owner, clean carfax.
