I have not had this truck very long, but right away I could tell brakes were awful. Replaced pads, rotors, and calipers about a week ago. It's been much better since! This morning I drove all over and it was fine. Tonight when I turned it on, the brake light was on. This light has never been on, including when the E-brake was on. I drove about 15 miles, and it drove and stopped perfectly normal, but the light stayed on? Would could be the cause? Thanks in advance!

Top up the brake fluid in the master cylinder. The fluid level-sensor is rather sensitive on Tacomas.

Nothing to be sorry about. This is what this forum is all about. The experienced educating the inexperienced.

Well what you suggested worked perfectly. It's off now! Strangely enough, the light now comes on when I pull the Ebrake like it's supposed to, when it never did that before. Thanks again!
