    So USCargoControl discontinued the green powder coat and then allowed me to order it and wait a week before I called in and asked what the tracking number was. Only to find out they hadnt shipped because the single studs were out of stock and only then figuring out they were discontinued.

    That's terrible! Sucks to hear... I'd choose an alternate color and ask for some compensation for bad service, tell them you are on a timetable to get your truck done!

    Good choice! It will look great. Just went back a few pages, I saw you got solid transmission mount installed, and solid motor mounts ready to go in.

    When you do the motor mounts, is there additional gusseting that goes with it? Or any frame plating?

    Not for our years. The frame is already plated and the 15-07's were weak and they make a gusset kit for those. DMZ has some for the FJ and they supposedly it ours but I dont see how. The frame looks plenty strong were the motor mounts are. Im not gusseting or plating mine.

    Supoosedly the Solo motor mount gusset kit fits 2011+ upgraded frame perches. Ive got Ryans motor mounts sitting on my parts shelf, and waiting for him to finish R&D on the 6 speed 4x4 trans mounts. Im gonna order the Solo gussets just to hedge all my bets. Basically want the frame as strong as possible.

    haha well I'm not that badass...nor is my customer service that spectacular! I asked him if I could have access to the truck while hes gone just in case I needed to test fit the crossmember or check something. I doubt I'll need to though.
