Rear bumper position adjustable ?

I noticed today that the rear bumper is not aligned the same side to side

When you directly at the rear, it looks straight

but when I look at the gap on the sides, the right side is closer to the body than the left

Is there a way to loosen some bolts and re-position, or is there a supporting brace ???
