Opening rear quarter window in extra cab?

I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma 2 Door Extended Cab Pickup and would like to replace my Rear Quarter Window Glass with a window that opens either by hinge or slide. Does anyone know of a manufacturer or customization that would work. My dog would sure appreciate it.

 

I've never heard of anything like that for these trucks, custom or otherwise.

I sure wish there was, I'd be all over that.

Keep me posted if you find something or someone that knows how to do this. I have same truck and a big white dog. I will research on my end too
