I feel that the driver should have hit him a little harder. Threaten to kill someone per a pair of shoes, where is he going in life? No where that will end up well for others. His parents should also be charged for raising a piece of waste kid.

 

Guess he picked the wrong guy to rob. I don't feel bad. But now the guy is out a vehicle for a couple hundred bucks.

 

But think about it this way. By doing this, maybe the guy has prevented that punk from pulling the trigger on someone over a phone he wanted.

 

Side note. "Only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun". Nope, a few thousand pounds of metal does a pretty good job.

 

The driver is going to jail for attempted murder.... car is the least of his worries.

 

But had he shot the guy out of self defense would it change anything?

Criminals have way more rights than us that abide by the law. Shits gonna need to change real soon and real quick. I for one am getting fed up with this bullshit! People are gonna snap when criminals keep getting away with shit.

A friend of our family is in deep shit right now. He bought a new steel plate bumper for his truck. He had it strapped to his sleddeck on his truck. He went into the store and came out and two 20 something pieces of shits were using knives to cut the straps. One fuckface was down cutting the tie and our friend ran up and kicked the douchers head into the corner of the metal sled deck then stomped on his head. The other dude came at him with the knife and he got the dudes buddy in a headlock and wouldn't let go if that asshole came at him with the knife till cops arrived. He's now in trouble for assault....the criminals trying to steal his shit is suing and so far they might get there way. Fucking horseshit

 

That sucks!

Shoot them and drag them to Texas.

In Ohio, since the criminal was walking away, it's the same thing. Per the law, since the criminal was essentially "fleeing," by shooting him, you become the aggressor and are now guilty of attempted murder.

...But that's Ohio.
