So I recently got into another taco, and I am wondering, who you guys recommend for a retrofit? You know longevity, light pattern, price, ease of transaction etc, some pics would be awesome!

Any particular reason you are looking for projectors? They are not cheap.

    They are not cheap, but
I am used to super nice headlights"good illumination"
This is my second taco, and in the xrunner, it was worthy to me.
I just bought this taco from my dad, and only the "best" will do...she is an 08, with 150000 miles, and she looks and drives as if she was new...she is fully equipped...trd supercharger, trd wheels, leer, custom interiors, and the list goes on...

    Once you go HID......

Andrew from TRS is the man! He builds them or sells all the parts so you can build your own.

It was challenging to get everything straight, if I had to do it again I'd pay someone.

Although those high powered halogens actually put out about 10% more lumens than HID. ;)

Yes there are brighter lights out there, they do make 55W HID ballasts (from factory auto mfg use the 35W ballasts) the way the HID Projector spreads the light all the the way across the road and the clean sharp cut off line, I'm hooked! But to each his own......

I run 35w ballasts and the 4300K bulbs to keep the OEM Acura / Lexus look.

with a retrofit, the sky is the limit, and thats why i love them; Theres so much opportunity for customization with halos, demon eyes, LED strips ect. They are expensive, but they are definitely worth it and they will last you forever.
There are plenty of members on here that build them for your model year.
The retrofit source sells the best quality retrofit parts
