Yeah, I've never done reps that low unless I'm maxing out. The lowest I go on a set is about 6 and the most I'll do is only on legs and that's around 20, but I hit everything with a mix of high and low reps (6-20 for legs and 6-15 for upper body) to keep dem muscles guessing.

Strength is somewhat important to me, but size is importanter.

    Did back and bi's tonight:

back (all 4 sets of 6-12):

    pull-ups
    v-grip rows
    bent over dumbbell rows
    close-grip lat pulldown

    bi's (all 3 sets of 10-15):
    cable straight bar curls
    concentration curls
machine curls (drops sets to failure)

Sorry guys, no picture. Last time I saw him he was off by himself away from everyone and I didn't want to just walk up and snap a picture like "hey dude, was just making fun of you online and wanted to show everyone how gay you look"

If I need to study, I usually go the coffee route if I have to. I try to only study when energized though, b/c sleepy studying is bad studying. Those pills do have a good bit of caffeine in them, so I bet they'd be good for the gym, but I don't wanna be wired when studying. I have to do 4-5 hr study sessions a few times a week (I need to do more), but my tips are to listen to good music and drink a lot of water. Water keeps me focused. The absolute must I have to have when studying is good music though. I listen to Explosions in the Sky Radio every time I study (probably 12+ hrs a week). I think it's very similar to the Mozart Effect. It's super calming and chill guitar music with no words. Shit works, mane.

Now, I'm not advocating this, but half my class in law school pop Adderal like tic-tacs. I've taken one once for a final in undergrad and it kept me up for like 8 hrs. I studied like the dude in Limitless...those pills are INSANE on how good they work. Downside is that people become dependent on them and can't complete basic tasks without them; I never took another one after learning that. Plus, they're illegal without a prescription (although, I've heard anyone with a pulse can get a subscription)

Hell if I know, it was while I was moving my best friend and his whole family from Nashville to Key Largo and we bought them at a gas station on the drive. lol.

I normally go the coffee route as well, though Adderal works insanely well, used it during finals a few times when I was in engineering. Where are you in Law school at?

John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. I plan on transferring back to Ga State eventually b/c that's where I got my undergrad. Where did you go? My cousin has a friend that got hooked on adderal in college and now he has to take them all the time. Damn that! I took one and that was it.

Ahh, I gotcha. I've got a couple friends who take them pretty religiously now, so I stay away from them as well.

but shit, I'm only 20 and still in school at University of Tennesee (The real one in Knoxville). When I said "was in engineering" I meant "when I still thought engineering = working with vehicles often" and didn't think I'd want to shoot myself every time I went to class or did homework. I just switched to supply chain management and have been considering law school when I graduate if I don't get any decent job offers. My grandmother is the office manager for the Nashville section of Adams and Reese Law firm, so I'd have a pretty a pretty good chance getting in there.

Pretty spot on about the Adderall RX, Zach. Heard many a tale of people snorting the fuckers.
