    Hello all,

I've been lurking for some time and thought I'd say hey. I bought my 97 4wd Tacoma in late 2005 / early 2006 and it has served me well for the last 10 years. One day ago I had a ball joint ,that I'd replaced (cheap aftermarket unit from one of the large parts stores), sheer in half while pulling out of a parking lot. I'm really happy it didn't happen at speed on the highway. That could have been a bad day. I'm going to fix it and let it go to another fan.

I decided that my 97 had served me well in the 10+ years that I'd owned it and decided it was time for something new. I bought a 2010 Tacoma 4wd sport, factory supercharged, today. I've only had it for a few hours and I'm having a hard time getting myself to get out of it and go inside. It's a bit peppier than my N/A 97.

    This thing is stupid quick.

    -Ethan

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Awesome and congrats, Ethan! You can stay out a little longer.

Here's a picture of the new one. I'm sure going to miss the old one. I put on 178K of its 302K. It served me well. It's not pretty, but I think it will be an easy sell. It's had most everything replaced. 20151231_151554.jpg

Thanks all. I'll post a picture of the engine tomorrow. Do these Dunlops suck or something RedDragoniop? These are actually the fist Dunlops I've had on anything other than a motorcycle.

Apologies fort the delay. Here's a pic of the engine compartment. I'm thinking of getting the 2.85 sc pulley. Is that something that the dealerships look for? This is the first vehicle I've had with a warranty and I'd rather not loose it.

If you add the undersized pulley, plan on adding an upgraded fuel pump next.....
