2005 TRD sport long bed 6" fab tech lift

Hello TW I'm new to the forum I recently purchased a 2005 Tacoma TRD sport long bed with a "6 inch fab tech lift" the previous owner used it as a weekend warrior I had some questions as to how good this lift is for off-roading? Is it durable? Is there coilovers I can add to remove the shock spacer? I would like to know of any other upgrades i could do to the truck. I also see a lot of residue around the power steering pump real thick any ideas on that? I would appreciate any advice
