    Just to finish off the day's events. The annual job review went really well. My boss finally owned up to the fact he couldn't do his job with me there doing MY job. He wants me to help him conduct a training seminar with all the other dept heads. We have 16 different department managers. I was the ONLY one that came in under budget for 2015. He wanted to know what it was that allowed me to stay under budget. I told him....."I learned how to tell people NO when they need to hear no".

    Got a $4200 a year raise, yearly bonus increased $2000, and another week of vacation added to the 7 I already have.

    A good day!

    She was very comfortable against my side....

    I talked to her for about 45 minutes between rounds she was a riot I was truly amazed at how approachable and pleasant she was to talk too .....

    Well, your company has it over mine on pay raises.... I usually get about $2,000 a year. Nor do I get nearly as much vacation time, 15 days a year that will increase to 20 next year. But I do get a bonus that averages about $10,000 a year.

    Yeah, that was a good day, Bluegrass... congrats !

    Good morning folks! Hoping for a boring day today! Got a 1/2 day planned for tomorrow, then home to start working on the lift kit install! If all goes well, it MAY get done tomorrow. Got a time reserved (@ 3PM) Saturday to get the alignment checked. THEN we'll load up and go for a drive to see how the new ride feels.
