    Just delivered yesterday. Had to wait over 3 months to get a manual TRD Off-Road. Born 200 miles away in San Antonio.

    Wow I feel very lucky! Only waited three weeks back in October when these trucks were first hitting the dealerships. Nice truck though!

    The issue was the manual transmission. Without that I could have bought a truck from the dealer lot. The folks at the dealership said this was the first m/t tacoma they had seen and they more a LOT of trucks. When I search cars.com I get 52 manual trucks out of 1202 in the US, so less than 5%.

    I also ordered the black/orange interior instead of the gray which seems to be much more common. Only option is the tow package.

    I was actually expecting to have to wait another month so it was a nice surprise to get a call that it was at the dealer on Friday.

    great setup! I'm looking into the softopper to only have on for camping and beach trips. How is yours holding up? I like that its lightweight and easy to remove, according to the website.

    Non so far
    It's only been on about a month so long term durability is still to be determined. It weighs less than 40 lbs and it takes about 10 minutes to remove or re-install. It absolutely fills my need for a part time bed cover.
