Exhaust recall

I just had my base model 2010 at the local dlr for the " Exhaust pipe replacement for catalytic converter" done.

From the letter I got from toyota, I thought I'd be getting front to end new stuff, apparently they only replaced the catalytic converter on mine. I'm thinking since the recall was due to the catalytic converter deterioration of it's works, and possible blockage of the exhaust. Could they have found that the cc on my truck was ok and only replaced the cc, since there was no indication of deterioration on the oem cc and no blockage of the exhaust.

Does this sound right? I didn't think to look at the exhaust when I picked it up from the dlr.

 

Cat converter and resonator assembly is all that is included. But you did get new nuts too.
