Im wondering if there is any issues with alignment or anything else setting my bilsteins at the 2.5 inch setting. Im doing a one inch block in the back and thinking 2.5 up front would be a better fit than at 1.75 setting. I have a trd sport 4 door long box. Here is a pic of it as it sits with stock suspension

Yes you'll have alignment issues with them set at 2.5" with your stock UCA's. @Dean724 had problems with his alignment at the 1.75" setting. Besides your truck being nose up if you only do 1" in the back the ride will be really harsh with them at that setting.

Thanks for the info. Will do the 1.75 inch up front and hope for the best on the alignment

I was concerned about not being able to align the truck properly after the 2.5 inch lift.

I was also thinking about doing the bilstein 5100's at the 2.5, I had the bilstein 5100's in my old 2011 ram 1500 at max 2.75 for 4 years and I never had a issue and alignment was done with no problems, what's the big difference from a ram at max and a Tacoma at max setting

Will 275/70/17's fit under the 2.5 inch lift?

    Looks great.
When you say 1.0 in the rear, do you mean that's what the 5100 rears gave you for lift? I was under the impression the rear shocks are not adjustable.
Or did you just do the blocks?

Rear shocks alone will never give you a lift. You either need blocks or leaf(s).

Yes. I have 5100's at 1.75 and 1 inch blocks and am running 275/70/17 K02's on TRD Pro wheels.

    Looking good.
How much does a 1" affect the pinion angle?

Can you post link for block ?

Those I believe are for the Tundra. You need these http://www.headstrongoffroad.com/st...justable_Front_Struts_(Pair)_-_24-239370.html
Set them at .85 and it will level your truck perfectly and improve your ride. Many here including myself can attest to this.

Yeh that white truck at .85 looks great. You guys who are doing that are leaving the back compeltely stock, correct?

Can anyone expand upon how it affects ride quality??

    Does aftermarket bilsteins void warranty?
