Tuning an 07 Taco

I have read on the forum that not much can be done to improve performance of 08 and newer.
What if anything can be done to my 07?
Looking for that extra grunt when I need it.
Suggestions please.

 

Effective options are boost. If you have large heavy oversized tires, going to a smaller lighter tire will also restore some power.

08 tacoma here with urd mk3 stage 2. At sea level they say 400 hp but at 6,000 where I live I would drop about 30 hp many be a little more. Power is still stupid crazy.
