Just wanted to say hi... Im not new to trucks or offroad but new to Toyota trucks. Im looking to get a first gen and figured you guys and gals would know what to look for when checking out a new rig...Most likely looking at getting a prerunner either 2 wheel drive or 4x4 extra cab v-6 auto but stick would be nice but here in California the traffic is, well you know. I know about the timing belt for 100K on over trucks but not sure what to look for on these imports. Any help would be appreciated.... Thanks, Ron

This ^ If you can get stick, I'd get it. Haha.

If you do get auto though, no worries: Toyota is really good with transmissions.
