    Hello Gentlemen;
    I've been lurking around the forum for weeks, and I learned a lot. I had nothing to say until now. I just bought a 2009 Tacoma Sport with 22,000 miles in nearly perfect condition. On Friday, I flew from Colorado to Phoenix, AZ and picked up the truck. I drove to Flagstaff, took a room and woke up at 3:30 in the morning yesterday and drove North on 89 through the Painted Desert, to the 160 through Black Mesa. It was 21 degrees with a stiff wind and pitch black the whole way; I had a storm to beat. The sun finally rose on me in Monument Valley at 6:05 a.m. It felt like dawn would never come. I continued through 191 through Moab and hooked up to I-70 East and home.
    Now I know what you guys are talking about. It's like the old Harley-Davidson mantra: "If I have to explain, you wouldn't understand." Tacomas are amazing rigs. I was getting between 18 and 21.6 mpg going pretty fast. The truck handles and feels brilliant on the road. I ran a couple of dirt roads in Monument Valley; it was enough to feel the truck is "true". And last night, after my 700 mile trip, I felt like going for a little drive. But I kind of passed out instead.
    I made it home before Storm #1, and tomorrow comes Storm #2 so I've been on the threads re: snow tires. And I bought an Owner's Manual on ebay last night. But one issue I have is the truck only came with one key; it is not the electronic key, and I don't have the code for it. What do I do about that?

    Greetings from San Diego and welcome to Tacoma World.
    As far as the key, call the stealership and ask. The code is probably attached to the VIN.
