2014 TRD Sport Major Alignment Issues

    Hello readers,

    I would kindly ask for a conclusion analysis on my alignment specifications. I will post the first alignment picture as well for context.

    I was told my current alignment was the best they can do but I am probably going to go back for the 3rd time. The dealership uses the cross totals as the end result of the alignment but I see it as the numerical differences as there can be very well be individual wear on one tire when overlooked.

    According to the tech mechanic, the caster is off and speculation was that something was bent/damaged which explains the off cross caster as it was adjusted "as much as possible".

    My greatest concern is that these specs will eat the inside of my tires again (i had to replace OEM tires at 15k due to excessive inner wear on the front tires, and I kept up with the 5k rotations).

    Thoughts? Suggestions? Please criticize as I am trying to solve this issue before I ruin my brand new tires and have some peace of mind.

    I calculated the optimal degree (took the average of the specified range values) for all values

    where did you get the allignment done? firestone told me that they couldnt adjust caster on my truck any more. so its got a value of 3.33. i am not sure how that will affect the tires. they should get your left /right toe value to the correct specification. thats gonna definately eat your tires.

    @JUJtacoma2010 the very same dealership i bought it from, this was 2nd attempt. the advisor said to come in monday hopefully i can get their master tech to do this right finally

    SAI and Included angles are the diagnostic angles and are not showing any apparent component damage.

    Your numbers have improved much and caster is good. The tire-eating angles are camber and toe. Your camber is showing that both front tires are folded inward at the top a bit and your toe values is fighting each other -- the right tire is pointing inward (toe in) and the left is pointed outward (toe out).

    The first thing I would do is get it out of the dealer (run fast...) and get a second opinion at a place that has a recently calibrated machine and does not do alignments as a side show. You can call Hunter Engineering and their local rep may help there, that is what I do). Many places will do checks for low or no cost.

    Look to see if the fences (tabs) adjacent to the alignment cam adjusters on the lower control arms are bent or broken. This is important. Look to see if the bushings on both the upper and lower control arms (8 total) are broken or sloppy at the rubber portion. Check for play in the upper and lower ball joints.

    Is it driving better?

    just a few things.
    those specs on the actual look ok to me in your first picture just alittle negative camber. The before spec was messed up tho. You had 1 degree negative camber on passenger looks like you hit? Or changed something? and -.5 and -.6 which is a lot of toe out. Second picture could use alittle more caster on the passenger side. The camber is close enough. Your truck probably has a slight drift to the right when you hold your steering wheel straight because your cross caster is at .7
