I just purchased a 2014 Tacoma and I am interested to see what the best one is for the best price. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Get 5100's and set accordingly for the front, then your good to go!

There is this disease that you contract when you buy a Tacoma.....It's the "Never will stop changing stuff syndrome". 4 Tacomas into this, I know all too well.....

So. Best money spent is something adaptable. As far as suspension goes, nothing is MORE adaptable than Bilstein 5100's. You can stick with stock ride height, raise it with stock coils, add aftermarket coils for lift AND great ride.....etc.....With 5100's you can get that mild lift now to level the truck, then down the road, change coils, etc, and get more lift....

You can build a complete suspension package at a reasonable price. Four 5100's, new OME coils, AAL's, etc, from Headstrong Offraod, shipping is free, and you'll have an excellent ride, quality suspension components that fit the truck and still be under $750.

Thanks for the responses. How hard are they to install if I do the installation myself?

Not incredibly difficult....There are several Utube video's as well as a couple on here showing how to change front struts. Best to have a second set of hands available, as well as decent tools/jacks/jack stands, etc....

I did mine this past Friday. Took about 3-1/2hours start to clean up. 80% of the work is the front end. Rear is a walk in the park!

Also, you MIGHT want to post where you're located and see if any fellow TW-ers are close by. You'd be amazed at the spirit of cooperation this site has to offer. You might be able to find someone close by that's done a lift who'll help out.

Thanks Bluegrass, I just updated that information. I have a good set of tools and everything and I'm sure my neighbor or someone could help me out. With the 5100's, how much would that lift in the back or how does that exactly work? I am just really looking at picking up the front end because it is a little over 2" lower than the back end.
