Strange Vibration & Movement

2in front lift HIDs 15" Steelies

Hey guys I have an 05 RC Tacoma 5 speed and it's making a strange vibration/movement in 4th and 5th gear at about 50-70mph. I feel the vibration in my Gas pedal and shift pedal as well at the shifter itself. Slowing down I put the truck in Neutral and the vibration/noise continues. No idea what that could be as I know the mounts are not bad.

Also when coming to a stop when the truck is in Neutral, the shifter begins to shake as it if it's going to stall?

Any ideas what it could be?
