Would this HU and speakers be good to start

I'm going to replace my stock head unit and speakers in my 09 dble cab,I was wondering if anyone had these or can suggest something, i haven't bought car audio in a long time so i'm not sure what's good
I only have around $300. - $350 to spend.
I was thinking of these from Crutchfield.

Head unit -Pioneer Premier DEH-P410UB
Speakers - Pioneer Premier TS-A633P 6-1/2" 3 - way car speakers in all 4 doors.

That headunit doesn't offer much in the way of tuning but the specs aren't bad at all. 3 sets of pre-outs for a front, rear and sub outs.
