Tire question

Hey all
Looking to pick up some new rubber. Just wondering if the 285 75/R16 Toyo M/T will
swap in with no mods. They are mounted on pro comp flat black rims which is what I want. I realize gas milage is lower. Tire sees good reviews but I'm not sure this is the size I want. Any thoughts? Thanks

I run a 3 inch lift and 1.25 inch wheel spacers (which equals a back spacing of 4.25) and I had to trim the flares a little. I rub when flexed sometimes.
