K&N Air Filter

As you can see by my ametuer video, after my mechanic replaced the A/C expansion valve, some controls don't work.

My guess is it's a fuse... But they said they checked it... What do you guys think it might be?

Are those wires connected to any other parts besides a fuse box?

Maybe a relay under the hood?
