    Check out my build thread.
Ok so I've had a lot of people asking me exactly how I mounted my All-Pro Pack Rack with my rolling tonneau cover. I didnt take many photos when I was doing the install as I just winged it and adapted as I went along. I purchased my Pack Rack used and it was the standard size and fully welded together. I wanted to shorten it by 5 inches so I pulled out my sawzall and trimmed each support tube. In order for me to keep the tonneau cover water proof I couldn't mount the pack rack to the inside rails, so I pulled out my angle grinder and cut off the L shaped piece and made it as flat as possible.

Then I needed to figure out how I was going to mount it to the bed. I placed the pack rack on my bed and centered it. I wanted to bolt it to the strongest part of the fiber glass bed rails so I drilled a hole from the bottom up through the bed rail and bed liner and finally through the pack rack. Then I drilled a bigger hole to fit the bolt. I did one on each side and bolted them on so I could finish drilling the last 4 holes with out the pack rack moving around. The photo below shows one of the bolts mounted through the fiberglass bed rail. (keep in mind I don't have all that plastic inner fender garbage in my fender well)

I decided that 3 bolts on each side would hold perfectly. You can see in the next photo how I spaced them. I would have liked the last bolt further to the rear of the bed but I couldn't with the drill any further inside the fender. (long bed problems)

You can see that the Pack Rack sits on top of the tonneau cover rails as well as the bed liner. You can also see a better image of the L bracket that is no longer an L and is actually flat.

Here is the final project. Sorry it was getting dark (for a better photo look at my previous post).

Hope this helps some of you out.
@Pirhett here is what I did. currently trying to get the photos fixed.
