So when I accelerate in my 2000 5spd manual Tacoma I have a wile its whistle/whine that I can't take! It originally made this same sound a few months back but then went away until I drove to Tucson from Phoenix yesterday and now it sounds worse, here's a video of the sound while I'm driving! Please help!

Where is the whistle coming from? That would help narrow it down.

Sounds like a bearing noise-listen under hood while revving engine. If it makes the noise only while moving it can be a bearing in the transmission. If you run it low on fluid it will whine like that.
