Please Delete

RadioShack installed it for me because I bit off a little more than I could chew with this one. In the end they said there is something wrong with the brain and needs to be repaired because the lock/unlock isn't working. But I can hear it clicking and trying to do something and parking lights and horn go off. I think they may have tapped into the wrong wires because from my attempt I thought they were a different color.

I'm also trying to program it to make the crank time longer but can't seem to get into the menus for different options. I've turned ignition on then off, help "control button" on the antennae, and nothing happens.
