when I bought the truck (30k miles ago) I replaced all belts with gatorback belts. So I doubt it's the belt but I was driving back to Florida today in the rain. The belt began to squeal like crazy from the water getting in there. So much that the fan actually began to start slipping. So my fan was working to well.

I got it to my dads and when I drove back to Tampa from there (no rain now) it still squealed. So you think it could be my belt? A tensioner? Where would you start?

gatorbacks are junk. you are literally removing belt material to cut cost. material that is required for a belt to function properly.
