    You can check out the various vendors on TW. I personally have worked with Toytec, Wheelers Offroad and Amazon (Prime member) to source my suspension products. When there is a group buy going on, that's your best bet to save on shipping costs to Hawaii. You could also check out Truck Fest which is happening next weekend at the Blaisdell Convention Hall. It's run by that company out in Waipahu (won't say bad words here) and sometimes you can get a good deal. Check out the Goodyear Tires offer on the Hawaii Regional page...pretty good deals here. You could also go to Autocustoms on Waiakamilo, he does a lot of Tacomas and can bring in pretty much any wheel/tire combo you're willing to pay for. Good luck and post up some pics.
