Hi all. Picked up my Barcelona Red TRD OR DC today. Got factory Tonneau and get the 2nd click on rear and seals good. Behind cab the passenger side is pretty tight with bolt. Behind drivers side there is about 3/16-1/4" air you can see when looking forward with tailgate down. The latch just doesn't pull down as tight as the bolt. When the other 2 folds are on top it seals well with weight on it. I don't see any adjustment and don't want to attach adhesive weather strip to rail as it would look stupid when removed. I did slip a thick tube ( slit ) over the stud to increase its diameter and it did pull it down about halfway. Too thick and latch won't close. Will it seal better later due to sun exposure if it distorts some? Should I keep the weight on it to see if it distorts the cover to fit better? Any suggestions to seal the corner behind driver greatly appreciated. Love truck after 1 day just expected cover to not see daylight. Dealer told me not water proof. Thanks

The gap you mention on the drivers side opposite the bolt doesn't sound right. My factory tonneau sat flush and tight when I had it on the truck (camper shell on there now) and I liked it quite a bit. Once I figured out the 'second click' and moved the tie downs away from the latch it was 99% waterproof.

Thanks. It was 2nd click. I thought the 2nd only applied to tailgate latch to allow the top of gate to swing closed before latching tight. That fixed it.
