I had my 2014 taco in for service the other day and complained that the switches on the navigation head unit did not illuminate with the rest of the switches in the cabin when I turn on the headlights.
The service rep and another "expert" claimed that this was normal...I find that hard to believe and am wondering if someone would be kind enough to check this on their 2014 (or 2015) navigation equipped tacoma.
    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply....I figured they must. Now I can confidently ask them to check the operation of another truck.
