    looks like crosshatching to me...but anyhow looks like he had some bad parts from china..

    Damn!. Rotor was bent in the middle right out of the box. That's another one for the wall of shame. By the time it was cut clean it would be at min thickness,,or less. Once you mount a brake rotor on a brake lathe just a few times,,you get the jist of how it should (or shouldn't) run out when you flip the switch and check, before you begin the cutting. It looks like they broke a carbide chipper bit midway thru the final pass and just cranked in more cut depth, turning it into a lousy vinyl record, and made a feeble attempt at a unidirectional surface. Sad.


    Someone was feeding the 10 yr olds in the sweat shop rice wine again.
