08 manual lost it's go

Hey guys, first real post here. I bought my 08 taco about five months ago and haven't had any issues. I know the PO was a kinda rough on it and took the "TRD Offroad" package to heart. But nothing seemed too bad on it.
Last night I was driving home and after I turned off the main road I went from second to third, felt a little stiff and a clunk going in, then third to fourth but there was no fourth. Nothing, with the truck running and the clutch down I could shift into all gears and let the clutch out with no response from the truck. Pedal returns and you can hear a wurring noise when in gear and clutch out. In neutral and running I climbed underneath and could hear metal clunking around but wasn't able to determine if it was from the trans or just in the bell housing. I had it towed to my dads garage where I'm going to put it on the lift and start into it.
Where/what should I look for first. For a little background of the truck, I've felt some clunks when shifting and on cold nights I will get a shudder but all issues are very inconsistent.

The truck is a 2008 4.0, 6spd, 4x4 with 108k.

 

Broken clutch disc.

 

Pulled the trans out and it was the disc like you said. I was hoping it was just that. Ordered my URD stage2 kit with their bearing sleeve and arp hardware.

 

whats the cost on that?
