I have 02 Tacoma extended cab with Toytec 3" lift and 265 km2s. I have a vibration when driving or slowing down. I read threads where they were saying a one piece drive shaft helped there problem. Can someone lead me in the right direction

when applying brakes or just coasting? Check your U-joints, center bearing.

could be multiple things...brake rotors warped causing vibration when brakes are applied, and or front bearings going out...also check your u-joints and center bearing...Mine is doing the same and Im to the front rotors and bearings I replaced my center bearing, and rear drive shaft u-joints and that took 70% of the vibration away...
