New member, New truck, Need help? Lol

    Alright today I bought a 1997 Tacoma lx 4 cyl 5 speed 4x4. Truck has 200k but is clean I just
    Sold my 92 2wd with a 22re after knowing the previous two owners plus me I was a Toyota fan truck was unkillable lol. Well sold her and bought a 97 this one has been sitting for about 2 years and upon buying I checked fluids all looked good so I jumped the battery and she fired...... I pulled her home looked her over some more charged battery and fired up again. Two issues... Clutch for straight to the floor fluid is full however no pedal tried bleeding system got nothing there's no apparent leaks around the slave and master cylinder and the clutch fork is not moving on the trans. Also truck runs really rough popping exaust rough idle were so I begin with that I don't want to chase a problem I don't know what it is? Thanks guys and look forward to responses
