There is a typo. It says Ford but should say "3rd Gen Taco"

Well, we actually use our trucks as trucks. You can keep your pavement queen with your non practical conveniences. Mine drives anywhere I need it too, fits 4 comfortably, and has a bed for cargo. All I need.

OH, and my truck will out last a ford gasser any day of the week.

Not sure what you are trying to say.
A midsize truck has serious limitations in terms of being used "as a truck".

And a Tacoma doesn't fit 4 comfortably. At least not 4 adults.

I'm not really into a F150 Limited Special Edition, but in terms of truck use, full-size beats out midsize any day of the week.
I can't tow a 10,000lb trailer with a Taco. As much as I love mine, it really has limitations when hauling building materials, which is why I couldn't get rid of my 250. If I needed drywall, my Tacoma would do alright provided I was ok with going back and fourth to Home Depot 10 times.

all you guys are into F150 and Tacoma because you haven't experienced a real 4wd work truck such as the Honda Ridgline.

One can never have too many light bars.
It looks like from the pictures that he has the 2UZ 4.7L V8 because the 5.7 has red on the side badges. So while that amount of miles is incredible if you were to expect any engine to do it it would be that one.

Oddly no. You could get it in a v6 or the 5.7 v8 but no 4.7/4.6 v8. Seems odd but they must have done the research on it.

At Ramstien AB Germany my unit had a 1983 bobtail Ford F-350. It had as I recall 400,xxx on the odo. It had a gasoline engine. It ran fine the only issue was if you turned the steering wheel all the way left or right the power steering pump would overwhelm the engine. If you held for too long the engine would die.

The issue increased under load and you couldn't use the truck to pull anything more than 10 tons so it couldn't pull the larger stuff like the engine stands for C-5s. But it worked great for errands around the base or as a back up when the two newer Rams with Cummins where already busy.

The C-5 engine stands weighed about 19,000 pounds so even the Rams with Cummins worked pulling those. Of course we only needed to go 5 MPH on the flight line.

Out trucks where very well taken care of so such milage would be the exception not the rule. Most drivers do not treat the vechiles they own well enough to reach 400K much less 1 million miles. Now a semi can do that easily there are trucks with well over 2 million still running.

Well the owner is at over 3 million miles. Every million miles they've given him a new car but he doesn't drive them.

125k a year is more than I've put on one vehicle. That's impressive for a V8 tundra but damn I would hate to know how much he spends on gas in a year.
