o2 sensor readings

A friend has an OBDII scanner, just for shits I plugged it into my 03 Tacoma 2.4L, all stock tacoma. I don't know anything about these readings, but to me the values don't look right:

O2S B1 S2(V) .805
O2S B1 S1(V) 3.297

Anyone here know how to interpret these?

By the way, that was with a warmed up engine at idle.

 

the b1s1 is the one in the header and it should be bouncing up and down due to the engine constantly switching from lean to rich at idle and the b1s2 should be staying within a pretty small range since the catalytic converter consumes any rich spots

 

Looking at the graph(s) wouldn't hurt either. Like the other poster said, 02b1s1 is upstream and should be active, going from rich, lean, rich, lean, rich...02b1s2 downstream after the cat, should be almost flatline.
