Do some google searching. At least a few people from the Maserati forums have had their throttle stuck open by this module. Basically, the sprint booster amplifies your throttle signal up 30%. It's the same thing as you pressing the peddle 30% more yourself.

    A few with more coming
Have it on my BMW - Night and day difference - didn't look at how much but for a throttle by wire appllication it's worth up to around 200 IMO. I have had mine in my car for around 3 years - previous owner installed and I have did autocross with it on and without it on just to see and it made the drive so much more quick, also increased the "flickability" of my car as with good throttle modulation can get the rear to come around pretty easy which is always nice on a sedan - with unfortunately an auto:)

If I end up in a 2016 Taco, i will do one one it just because I like it enough on the BMW to invest in it again, it will NOT be my first mod though:) Probably in my top 10 though.
